About Alice
Alice is an experienced and expert teacher, school leader, headteacher and former HMI for Ofsted. Alice has particular knowledge of early years and primary education; curriculum design; SEND and inclusion. Alice works with schools and multi-academy trusts to support them in strengthening their educational offer to ensure success for all children.
Alice has a broad range of inspection expertise, including:

FOCUSED REVIEW
A focused review based on an aspect of your school you want to develop such as early years or your personal development programme. Perhaps you have a validated phonics programme in place, but are not achieving success for the lowest attaining children, or outcomes in reading and or writing at key stage 2 are not as strong as you would like them to be. A focused review can lead into a bespoke project.
BESPOKE PROJECTS
Focused support in a particular area of school development. For example, ensuring your early years curriculum prepares children for your key stage 1 curriculum; redeveloping your full reading curriculum to develop life-long readers and ensure that pupils are well prepared for reading demands at secondary as well as end of key stage 2 assessments.
